Seeing a difference and More Info!

So we have had Emma on the Omega 3 squeezes for a week and half now, almost 2 weeks. The difference is shocking. I thought it was at first just me but i Asked Dave last night and he says he can tell too. She doesnt fight sleep at night any more. It some how, and whatever it was, has balanced her out and she can get to sleep before 8 am. Might not seem much, but her to go to sleep, and not get up 18 gazillion times for a drink or potty or tell me something is HUGE! Beyond grateful for the info I have gathered.

Today I am going to focus on the websites and the books I have been advised and have read from. They are helpful.

First, Gluten free, ( i'm still learning) is apparently a great help for SPD as well as removing starches. I have not gone this far yet, i'm still learning. Many have advised the weighted blankets as well but Emma wont put up with it.

OKay so here is a website on recipies and books for gluten free food and also just books for informational sake.

On Facebook you  can find 5 star dishes and best wishes as well as The-Kid-Friendly-ADHD-Autism-Cookbook. I have found both to be helpful but i have been able to really connect with the lady on 5 star. I admire her and she has been so encouraging to me. I havent been able to check this site out yet but have heard good things about it. www.kingarthurflour.com/glutenfree/. Also, no sugar drinks after 12 and also a facebook page called The Baking Beauties. oh and pickytots.blogspot.com and one more www.adventuresofaglutenfreemom.com/

Here are a few books, The out-of-sync Child and also " Healing the New Childhood Epidemics.

Enjoy these, I'll post more later
